1. What are the vital ways to maintain the chain of communication between all clinicians?
2. You should chart your patient visit within 24 hours from the visist?
3. When you make an error in the patient note you should do use white out to erase the mistake?
4. You should not call the Clinical Manager with questions about your assignment during the day, you should only call Monday through Friday, between 5pm and 7pm.
5. You should document and report changes in the patient’s condition if you observe some of these issues.
